Join us for a relaxed lunch in the private dining room at The Shard, alongside fellow leaders from Revenue, Sales and Finance. We’ll continue the conversation from last month’s Revenue Leaders Forum, exploring how to prepare for a Revenue Management project, manage change, migrate from CPQ and make the most of AI.

We’ll begin with a welcome from Mint CEO Sam Joyce, followed by a starter and main course. Then comes a practical workshop, with each table taking on one of three topics:

• Preparation and change management for Revenue Cloud implementation

• CPQ to RCA migration

• AI in the revenue process vs AI in delivery

Each table will be hosted by a Salesforce professional and a senior Mint executive, and will present its findings and recommendations to the room.

During dessert, we’ll open the floor for a Q&A with our speakers. You’ll also have the chance to see some of the leading tools and AI capabilities Mint has built.
